Returns Policy
At Trunky Fresh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
10-Day Return Policy for Brand New Items
You have 10 days from the date of receipt to request a return for brand new items. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- All original tags must be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
No Returns Accepted for Re-loved Furniture and Item Collections
Please note that we do not accept returns for any of our Re-loved furniture, vintage, and item collections. We are confident in the quality and condition of these items.
No Refunds for Holiday Items and Gift Wrappers
We do not offer refunds for holiday items.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at christine@trunkyfresh.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have any questions or concerns about the return eligibility of your specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item following our return policy guidelines. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
